I have been asked recently about what will happen on April 21st. Here’s the scoop! Last June, I was officially named as the Sr. Minister at Unity of Bon Air! When a church calls a Minister to serve, there is an installation service which acknowledges and celebrates that the ordained minister and the community are forming a partnership, to serve the mission and vision of the church.
April 21st is my “official” installation, and then comes the fun part! CELEBRATING! I am thrilled to share that Rev. Jim Rosemergy will be our guest speaker and will lead the service. He will conclude the service with an installation ritual where we get connected, before we go into New-Rock Hall for a catered lunch!
It will be a joyful, inspiring, and yummy time together. Come and share in the festivities! You will also get to meet Rev. Jim’s beautiful wife, Nancy.
Jim taught at Unity Village and pioneered a church right out of seminary. He, like Rev. Joyce, spearheaded building a two-million-dollar campus for Unity of Fort Myers, Florida. Jim is a prolific writer, teaching Unity concepts, as well.
Additionally, Rev. Jim will be hosting a workshop on April 20th, from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. The workshop is based on his latest book, Gatherings of the Few: A Guide To Global Spiritual Awakenings. I look forward to you all discovering this gentle, brilliant, and soulful Unity leader.
