Dear Church Member,
You are invited to attend our Annual Meeting on May 18th at 12:15pm, in the sanctuary or via livestream on our YouTube channel. For those joining us in-person, we will have "Fellowship Coffee Express" for a quick time of refreshment (after the service and before the meeting starts).
We have three board positions to fill and three wonderful candidates: Jim Burch, Amy Fulcher-Davis, and Janet Loving Pitts.

During the meeting, there will be a motion to elect them and a vote by acclamation (rather than by written ballots). The candidates' photos and bios are attached for your reference. Last year's meeting minutes are also attached.
We look forward to sharing our accomplishments and what we are working on currently. There will be a few surprises too!
There is a lot of love and the power of Spirit moving in our church family. Please come and enjoy this time together and welcome our new board members. We look forward to seeing you.
