But we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

What happens when something happens? Do we deny the feelings?

Do we get stuck in “toxic positivity” and “spiritual bypass”?

Do we postpone joy, and the feeling of “home”? Do we “should” on ourselves?

Join Rev. Dr. Jerry Troyer for a heart and eye opening workshop about our human experience, allowing ourselves to grieve, feel our feelings, and “be at home in the muddy water.”

All are welcome to explore silence together on Tuesday evenings with an in-person community-oriented meditation practice. By meditating as a group, we have the opportunity to share, listen and hold space for each other, supporting and healing through witness and silence. For an optimal experience, you will be invited to explore various breathwork techniques and subtle guided movements that can assist the body and mind to move more readily and deeply into silence and stillness.

This community meditation is presented on a Generous Love Offering basis.

Our gardens are supported by many, many volunteer hours from our Garden Team.  Join us to put your hands in the dirt, have some fun, and experience the reward of a job well done!

And remember, our Meditation Gardens are open to the public from dawn until dusk daily!  More than two wonderfully wooded acres feature winding walking paths, an outdoor classroom, fish pond, gazebo, and numerous benches for quiet conversations or contemplative moments.  Come by and enjoy the beauty!
