  Why:     Patty’s birthday of course! 
    And the ongoing upkeep of all things UCBA.  This includes our waterfall fountain,
    HVAC system, and operational items such as technology upgrades and
    equipment, training, printing, supplies, and more! 
    It’s great to be growing and opportunity abounds!  😊
