Louise Hay, a great New Thought thinker, taught this basic truth: “Think thoughts that make you feel good, make choices that make you feel good, and take actions that make you feel good. Then surrender the outcome, trusting that Life will bring you what you need to grow and be happy.”
She asks us to start where we are — with our thoughts, our choices, and our actions. And then, let go. She reminds us, “Your job is not to figure out ‘the how.’ Your job is to focus on ‘the what’ and to trust Life to sort the rest.”
Living the good life involves remembering the divine dwells within. We can tune in and trust that Love is leading us to greater consciousness and fulfillment. Sometimes we need to release thoughts that block our forward motion. Sometimes we need to pause and breathe. Sometimes we need to recognize our emotions, feel them, release them and ask, “What is mine to do?”
October is the month of release. The trees remind us of this so beautifully. It is natural to let go of that which we no longer need. Change is not the enemy. It is the process of making room for more good. What a beautiful thing it was to build this facility and let go of the little house! We enjoy having more room and the beauty of our space, every time we gather!
Enjoy the coming of fall and LET GO. May we release both thoughts and physical stuff, to open up all avenues. Affirm, “I release what no longer serves me, creating space for healing, growth and peace. I invite good to flood my consciousness and my life!”
Much love,
