‘Tis the season for faith, peace, joy, and love! We celebrate the Truth of the season. Christmas calls us to repeatedly give birth to the Christ of our true nature with more awareness and passion. The fullest life is the one which is committed to giving the Christ, the gift of your true Self, to the world. To do this, we grow in our understanding of being one with Christ consciousness and in how to express that daily.
In times when we face challenges, we lean into the principles of truth. We remember the One Presence and Power that dwells in us and calls us to growth, as we release fear and dwell in love. We stand in faith knowing there is nothing stronger than the love which is our source. We are never separate from our divine nature in which all possibilities dwell.
When life is touched by chaos in our outer world, we return to our essence and remember the peace that passes understanding. It is not logical. It is a gift from the Divine center. We focus on the truth, not on “the problem.” Peace flows.
When sadness, grief, pain or anger fills our thoughts, we become present to them, honor them and choose release. Only then can we be present to the abiding joy that lives in our consciousness. It will arise naturally as we choose presence instead of control.
When we have forgotten that we are spiritual beings and we are tied up in egoic, human disempowering thoughts, there is the possibility of turning within where newness of life and love reside. The light within beckons us to start anew and behold; we awaken again to our truth. We see through new eyes and are made a new creation, like a newborn babe.
“How silently, how silently the wondrous gift is given. So God imparts to human hearts the blessings of His heaven” (Divine Mind).
