Happy holiday weekend! I celebrate the freedoms that are available as a part of this country and look forward to a day when every person in our world will enjoy being able to express their true essence, regardless of race, color, creed or sexual orientation. I look forward to the day when
consciousness is high and separation is no longer a way that humanity thinks and processes. May we be brothers and sisters ever awakening to our oneness and to love’s expression.
As a theologian, I think of the great opportunity to recreate ourselves and our lives each day and in each moment through the power of love. Freedom is my experience when I remember the truth of my being - that I am an expression of the one Love. I am free to release the limiting little self (ego) thoughts and be the outrageous, bold, all-embracing true Christ Self. With this mind I accept, I encourage, I create, I uplift, I collaborate, and I welcome all into the circle of life’s dance.
Louise Hay put it this way, "The point of power is always in the present moment." We can let go of fear, separation, unforgiveness, ‘lack’ thinking, and competition, and choose love in any moment. This is freedom my friends. When we turn to our truth, we discover both freedom and peace.
I imagine this peace within us, sending vibrations around the world, creating a fire that ignites minds and hearts into the harmony of love. As Pierre Teilhard de Chardin wrote, “Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.”
May we live in the freedom of love!
